Returns and exchange
We accept returns for all products except:
Games, Cd, Dvd, grocery goods, decoration, interior goods and apparel.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
• If the product is still available, we will replace it, if not, we will refund you.
I want to return a product, what shall I do ?
Contact us using the contact form, and we will arrange for a return.
Will you refund the shipping fees ?
• If the product is still under warranty, we will refund the shipping fees upon reception of the product.
• If the return was the result of our error, we will refund the shipping fees upon reception of the product.
• If the product is not guaranteed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
My product is faulty and is still under guarantee.
• We pay for the shipping fees (we will refund you upon reception of the product).
• If the product is still available, we will replace it, if not, we will refund you.
I am not fully satisfied with my purchase, can I return it ?
Yes, of course.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective items and exchange
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement.
I can not use my product, it is not compatible with my equipment, can I return it ?
We do not accept exchange for compatibility reasons.
Before purchasing, please check that your equipment is compatible (ex: games, dvd,etc…).
Damaged Items
If you feel your item was damaged due to a poor packaging, please let us know by contacting us.
