CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Sales are final once your order has been recorded in our shop and that payment has been accepted by our payment processor.If you wish to make a request for the cancellation of an order, please do so by using the contact form in your account.Japan-best.com reserves itself the right to cancel or maintain any order.In case the cancellation request is accepted, 5% will be deducted from the total of your payment as a refund processing fee (this money is charged to us by the payment processor). As well as a 10$ cancellation processing fee.

REFUNDS

CARD PAYMENTSWhen a payment by credit or debit card is canceled or refunded, it takes on average between 3 and 7 days for the refund to appear on your account statement. Please note that this estimate is given by our credit card processor.

OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTPayments by bank transfer and checks are not refundable.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

CARD PAYMENTSIn the event that one of the products included in your order is no longer available and you have paid your order by credit card, you will be fully reimbursed for this product as well as all shipment related costs. Absolutely no charges will be retained in this case.

OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTPlease note that, unlike payments by card, bank transfers and checks are not refundable. Because there is a delay between the time you place your order, and the time we actually receive your payment,it is possible that availability and/or conditions have changed. In that case, you will have the option to choose a product which is then available and whose value equals your payment.
